Explore the future with an open mind.

Explore the future

How people engage with brands and make purchasing decisions is changing faster than ever before. Marketers have to rethink how, when and what they communicate with their customers. They need agile technologies and workflows that enable them to quickly connect to consumers with the right message, at the right time.

But this is easier said than done. Exploring new ways of doing things requires open minds. Open minds that listen, question and think creatively. That embrace change and want to keep on learning. That are happiest when entrusted with a client’s most challenging marketing problems.

An open mind. Nothing is more highly valued at Brightsource. Because nothing is more powerful in delivering agile marketing.

Agile marketing. Delivered.

Making more engaging connections, faster, across both print and digital channels

Powering your marketing

Powering your marketing with technology

We deploy technologies that transform marketing operations in a range of different ways. By simplifying and streamlining traditional processes. Or by helping clients connect and empower their people. In particular, we use technology to connect data sets, and personalize across channels, allowing clients to follow customers, to listen, and to serve the right content at the right time.

Putting data to work

Putting data to work

With more data, more channels… and more cynicism towards large brands, clients need to become more accessible and trusted. We challenge traditional CRM processes to deliver agile customer engagement programmes that connect data assets and decisioning, with digital and print activity – giving clients better marketing with less effort.

Managed services that deliver results

Managed services that deliver results

Smart procurement and agile project management underpin the managed services we offer to clients. Our supplier management team is focused on reducing our clients' costs. But we also know that the big efficiencies come from rethinking how the work flows through the value chain. And managing that work flexibly and at speed is an equally important objective.

Say hello to some open minds.

What matters to us

We get excited by the challenge of difficult problems that require new thinking. Rising to this challenge means harnessing the creativity and intelligence of all our people. So we spend a lot of time nurturing a culture of continual learning, improvement and innovation.

Without long-term client relationships, we don't have a long-term business. And we recognize that we have to earn the trust of our clients before they will ask us to work with them on strategically important marketing problems. So a relentless focus on building long-term relationships through peerless client service is our second guiding principle.

But it's not enough for us just to serve our clients in the smartest or most cost-effective way. We also work to high ethical and environmental standards. We are committed to reducing the carbon impact of our operations – and have been measuring and reporting on our carbon footprint since 2008, and we publish an annual report on the progress we have made each year on our journey to becoming a more sustainable business.

We are also fully committed to supporting the UK's Modern Slavery Act 2015 across our entire business and supply chain. Please see our Modern Slavery Statement 2017 for more information.
